Lolo's 70th Birthday

Can you believe my Lolo is 70 years old? I think he looks 56 :) To celebrate his birthday, the family got together and took him to the Ronald Reagan Library.

Unfortunately, there was no flash photography allowed in the library so a lot of these pics are kinda blurry! Here I am in the "Presidents Room" posing with my fellow mutt, President Barack Obama.

I had lots of fun with Uncle Carlo, although you can't really tell in this picture . . .

I felt MUCH better after I saw these pictures. Turns out Ronald Reagan had to wear a dress on his baptism too!!

The library is located otop a mountain in Simi Valley. There's a beautiful view of Ventura County from up there.

Here is the family as they get ready to board Air Force One.

Almost there. So exciting!

They wouldn't let us take pictures on the plane, but here's a pic they took of our family as we were about to board the plane.

Posing with Reagan's car . . .

. . . and his helicopter (Marine One)

Outside the library

An exact replica of the Oval Office as it was decorated during Reagan's term.

The family got excited over this dress because it was given to Nancy Reagan from Imelda Marcos. She also gave that chair. As you can see, I don't really know what the big deal is.

A piece of the Berlin Wall (West Germany side)

. . . and the same piece on the East Germany side. I guess they didn't allow graffiti!

Reagan's burial site

Taking in the awesome view. Well, the family is taking in the view. I think the grass is FASCINATING.

Playing with Daddy and Auntie Archelle at the gift shop

After the library, we took Lolo to eat at Cafe Firenze which is owned and operated by Top Chef contestant Fabio

Happy Birthday Lolo! Here is your present.

Dinner was delicious! At least that's what they tell me . . . I drank milk and it tasted the same as it always does.

Happy Birthday Lolo! Hope you had as much fun as I did :)

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Today I saw my very first rainbow. Very pretty! Here are a few pics of it from my backyard.

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Today is Valentine's Day. What's a Valentine? Here I am standing up all by myself wearing my red outfit I put on for this special occasion.

Lolo and Lola gave me a present for Valentine's Day. I still don't know what a Valentine is, but I really like getting presents so I think I like this holiday!

My present was covered in red hearts. I took off one, but after that I didn't know what I'm supposed to do!

Oh . . . I see. You have to remove the paper.

Yay! I LOVE paper! This is a GREAT present!

Wait? There's more!

Thank you Lolo and Lola for my new piano!

It's lots of fun!

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

8 months old!

Time flies when you're having fun. It's already January 27th and I'm 8 months old. Happy Birthday to me!

On January 7th I got my 1st tooth! Soon afterwards another one popped up right next to it. If you look closely, you can see them right here at the bottom of my mouth.

All this teething makes me want to gnaw on EVERYTHING.

As always, Mommy felt the need to take LOTS of pictures . . .

Mamamamama . . . at 8 months old I am saying a lot of that! I am now able to get into my crawling position from sitting down, and crawl a little ways before collapsing on my stomach :) I'm getting there! At least I can get back into the crawling position before I try again. I love climbing anything and pull myself onto my two feet, sometimes even with one hand. Sometimes I even let go and stand there for a few seconds all by myself! I never like to stay still . . . there's just to0 much to see in this world :)

How I Met Your Mother

Mommy, Daddy and I went to an event honoring the show "How I Met Your Mother". Mommy and Daddy really like that show! On the panel were producers, writers, director and cast.

Mommy and me with Jason Segal in the background signing autographs.

Here I am with Josh Radnor who plays Ted. He was very nice. He said his nephew's name is Lucas too!

Here I am with Neil Patrick Harris. My parents call him Doogie Howser for some reason. Now he plays a character named Barney. Here Neil is acting in character; Barney is too "AWESOME" to hold a baby!

Happy New Year!!

We spent New Years in Las Vegas and partied at Auntie Ebet's house. When I first arrived, I was already eating . . . . my shoe :)

Happy New Year!!! Why is it so dark?

Hello?

Off with the hat!

Yay! No more hat!

OOOOHHHH . . .this is how it should be worn.

Happy New Year! Auntie Ebet, Tita Ella, Uncle Jun, Auntie Lydia, Lolo and Lola . . .

. . . with Mommy and Tita Joyce.

Welcome to 2009. It's going to be a great year :)
