Walking!

On April 5, 2009, I took 2 steps, paused to get my balance, and then took 3 more steps! Daddy called that "walking". I really like to walk now! It's so much fun and there is so much to see!

The Rat Pack visits the Santa Ana Zoo

Today I went with my friends to the Santa Ana Zoo. Our mommies call our group "The Rat Pack". They told us it's because we were all born in the year 2008, which is the Year of the Rat.

We saw lots of cool animals. Here I am looking at a turtle . . .

I got to ride a train and look at all the animals. It was really neat!

What sound does a sheep make? Baaaaaaaa . . .

What sound does a goat make? I don't know! What sound DOES a goat make? Someone needs to tell my mom the next time they see her because she doesn't know either!

I also got to ride the carousel. I really liked the carousel, but my mommy got dizzy. Huh. Maybe she's just too old.

It was a very fun day and I hope I get to visit again soon :)

Easter in Vallejo

My family and I went to the Bay Area to celebrate Easter. On Saturday night, there was a big family party. Uncle Carl played guitar for us. I think the guitar sounds really nice. Maybe I'll play the guitar someday because Uncle Carl will teach me . . .


. . . or maybe I'll play the piano and Uncle Carlo can teach me. I have so many options!
